Once you sign into a members area you can not receive a refund,

By logging in you have agreed to my terms even if you have not read them!

I am not wonder woman i do have a life beyond this

computer and I allow myself up to a week for

filling orders and even adding new members if I

can not get it done right away.. so please be patent.

Free graphics are only to be used for personal and non profit use only

unless you purchase the license for each of the packs.

Purchased License/Tubes/Outlines can be used for Profit after they are shaded

Purchased tubes must be made in to sig tags, websets etc. and then those

can be sold.

You can not resell my graphics AS IS

yes you can use the graphics on Live Journal, Blogs, Facebook.. as long as credit is given.

The AS IS graphics in my members area .. you must obey the other artists terms.

No sharing usernames and passwords.

A tubing/profit license

is required to profit from my

tubes and line art.

Once someone is removed from my membership area for abusing my terms,

they are not allowed back in and no refunds will be made.

I do have the right to remove anyone using my graphics out of terms,

and I hold the right to change my terms with out notice.
