BANNED FROM ELF EXPRESSIONS And NO REFUND will be given back

this includes any graphics that are purchased. 

Your right to use them will be revoked and no refund will be given"
My terms

Once you sign into a members area you can not receive a refund,

By logging in you have agreed to my terms even if you have not read them!

I am not wonder woman i do have a life beyond this

computer and I allow myself up to a week for

 filling orders and even adding new members if I

can not get it done right away.. so please be patent.

No sharing usernames and passwords.

A tubing/profit license

is required to profit from my

 tubes and line art.

IF YOU HAVE A TUBING LICENSE YOU CAN SELL YOUR

 RESULTS FOR THE TUBES YOU CREATE

"AS IS" on your sites and in theme weeks. But you have to color My outlines FIRST.

All Commercial Sites must have a

commercial license to use my graphics

AS IS AREA:

You must abide by each site owners terms as well as mine.

You can not tube their graphics and offer AS IS.

But you may tube the graphics and sell end use only if you hold a

Tubing license with elf expressions.

PURCHASE WARE AND PIXIE LANE MEMBERSHIPS

Both Lifetime AS IS memberships and

Lifetime Theme week Memberships

once your graphics have been sent to you,

you are NOT entitled to a refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once you have logged in to any membership area

your Membership Purchase

 Is Final and So is the sale of that membership.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

IP Addresses are logged and time stamped

Gift Certificates

Must be redeemed with in 30 days

of receiving them.

Commercial License 

for commercial use.

AD SPACE:

I am not responsible for the content on other peoples sites,

If they have an ad space for an ad banner from me.

If you have a problem with a site,

Talk to the owner of that site not me.

Shared Site Owners

If you and another person share a site together,

Each of you are required to have your own log  in information.

Each of you will have to purchase your own Membership and License.

My Logo

and license if you purchased one it needs to be displayed some where on your site

with in 7 days of purchasing them.

Credit on the pages where you use my graphics is not required but appreciated.

No Sharing my tubes or outlines in their original state.

Unless you have purchased them from me "AS IS"

Selling COLORED/finished outlines as

 AS IS TUBES

Selling outlines AFTER you have colored them as AS IS Tubes  is ok.

With Elf Expressions Graphics only and with my outlines only.

AT THIS TIME... as long as everyone out there respects my terms.

But you MUST give me credit when this is done for my outlines.

I hold the right to change these terms of use at any time.

I know most sites do not allow you to color their lines and then sell the tubes AS IS

AS far as MY OUTLINES AT ELF EXPRESSIONS

 are concerned you paid for them and or your membership,

you took the time to color/tube them

so there for you should be able to get your money worth from your creations.

Tubing/Profit License

Elf Expressions ONLY..

Pixie lane requires a license to sell as is.

You may shade and sell the tubes you create from "MY" outlines

"AS IS" in your shop. BUT YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS WITH MY OUTLINES.

NONE of the AS IS lines created by other sites

that are in my members area can be used for

 AS IS RESELL.

AS IS RESELLERS LICENSE

Pixie Lane Graphics Only

AS IS Re-Seller License applies to my Pixie Lane Graphics.

You will need this to sell your finished results AS IS in your shops.

You must add to the tubes and paint the outlines in order to use them

on web sites, email, stationary, wed sets, sig tags etc.

Lifetime Memberships

this means the Lifetime of my SITE

not my lifetime.

Please remember I have 6 kids a 6 year old granddaughter

and 2 new grandsons

 oh yeah and a husband ;-)

There may be times I can not update with a lot of new stuff.

But I try to give good updates.

Freebies

CAN NOT be used  for profit.

Link ware sets

must have a link back to my site on them

and all credits must remain on them.
 

If you use any of my Iddy Tubes you must link back to

IDDY PIXELS

They are on their own pages and have "IDDY" links

Once someone is removed from my membership area for abusing my terms,

they are not allowed back in and no refunds will be made.

I do have the right to remove anyone using my graphics out of terms,

and I hold the right to change my terms with out notice.
